1. ResourcePilot platform license
An active subscription gives you the right to use ResourcePilot software, API, integrations and included platform features within your plan and these Terms of Service. It does not transfer ownership of ResourcePilot or its underlying software.
2. Third-party and licensed resources
Digital resources available through the catalog may be owned by third parties and may be distributed under GPL, open-source, commercial or other license terms. The applicable license controls what you may do with a particular resource. ResourcePilot does not remove copyright notices, trademarks or license obligations and does not grant rights that the underlying license does not provide.
3. Resale and redistribution
A ResourcePilot subscription does not itself grant a general right to resell, sublicense or redistribute third-party resources. You may only redistribute or commercially use a resource where the applicable license permits that activity and you independently satisfy all relevant license requirements and legal obligations.
4. Responsible use
You are responsible for reviewing the applicable license before using a resource in production or providing it to another party. You must not use ResourcePilot for copyright infringement, unauthorized access, deceptive distribution, malware delivery or any other unlawful activity. If you believe a catalog item raises an intellectual-property concern, contact us so we can review it promptly.
5. Intellectual-property reports
If you are a rights holder or believe a resource is being made available in a way that conflicts with an applicable license or intellectual-property right, contact us with enough information to identify the resource and the basis of your concern. We will review credible reports and may restrict access while a matter is investigated.
